1. Run like a girl: for all you shorty short lovers out there who lament the loss of the ridge runners and sage burners, buck up and order some of the WOMENS Long Hauls. do these make my butt look big?

speaking of pro's, hats off to Rocho for a monster run at Hardrock a mere 3 weeks out from a sub-24 at Bighorn.
